
The Kentucky Interscholastic Cycling League (KICL) was organized in 2019 to provide fun, risk-managed, high-quality youth development programming, based in cycling, for 6th-12th grade students.

The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) is the National Governing Body for grades 6-12 interscholastic mountain biking. NICA provides leadership, governance, and program support to promote the development of Interscholastic Mountain Biking Leagues throughout the United States.
The Kentucky Interscholastic Cycling League is a Project League of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), granted official status as a Project League in the Fall of 2019.
