provides high-quality, risk-managed youth cycling programs for students in grades 5–12,
fostering personal growth and lifelong passion for the sport.

The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) is the National Governing Body for grades 5-12 interscholastic mountain biking. NICA provides leadership, governance, and program support to promote the development of Interscholastic Mountain Biking Leagues throughout the United States.
The Kentucky Interscholastic Cycling League is a Project League of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), granted official status as a Project League in the Fall of 2019.
