Join us for the KY NICA Coach Retreat — where you’ll sharpen your skills, plan the season, and find your people in a community built on bikes and shared purpose.

The Kentucky Interscholastic Cycling League’s annual Coach Retreat brings together KY NICA coaches from across the state to develop skills and knowledge, share strategies, build community, and ride bikes.

All current coaches, prospective coaches, and team volunteers are welcome!

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Coach Retreat offers workshops and activities to help you plan your season, develop coaching skills, complete certifications, and connect with other coaches and KY NICA leadership. The full schedule will be emailed to all registered participants.
